On 13 September 2007, CODA reports its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2007 under IFRS, including the restated comparatives for the six months to 30 June 2006.
This statement presents and explains the conversion of the Group's results as previously reported under UK Generally Accepted Accounting Principles ('UK GAAP') onto an IFRS basis for the year ended 31 December 2006, and contains details of CODA’s accounting policies under IFRS.
Welcome to the first Report & Accounts of CODA plc since our flotation on AIM on 26 September 2006, following the demerger from CODASciSys plc. More than 95% of the Group’s turnover is generated by the CODA division, with the remainder from Business Collaborator.
